Yes, as long as we have all necessary documents and funds.
Depending on your rental agreement, you will usually need to give notice at least 30-days before the end of your lease term. If you are on month-to-month, you can give a 30-day notice at any point.
Yes, your rent will be prorated. Login to your resident portal on the first of the month to see the prorated amount. If the posted amount is not prorated, please call our office and we will give you your prorated balance due.
You are required to clean the property to the condition it was at the time of renting. We provide a move-in condition report to document the status of the cleaning upon move-in. If you need this report resent to you, feel free to call our office, or submit a request through your resident portal.
If you there is no cleaning, no damage, no money due to the owner, and you prove to us that all utilities are paid current, we will return your deposit within 10 days.
If you do not fall under the category above, your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days and / or a statement of deductions.
You can submit maintenance requests in 3 different ways:
You can login to your rental portal. There you can see updates and provide more information including pictures to better help us address the maintenance item.
Alternatively, you can call our office at (888) 883-0367 for an update.
You may NOT do the repairs yourself and take it off of your rent unless you have written preauthorization from Greener Montana Properties or the property owner.

Yes, if you wish to have your locks changed please submit a maintenance request and an approved vendor will coordinate to make this change for you. You may not change the locks yourself. The cost of the lock change will be billed to you.
