Owner Frequently Asked Questions

We pay owners between the 13th and 15th of each month. Payments are based on funds availability. 

You may request additional payment dates by contacting our office. 

We send rental owners statements out the week following owner disbursements. 

Based on current IRS regulations virtually all of our owners will receive a 1099 in January for the previous year. 

Yes, we are happy to help those owners who are only looking for someone to help them place a tenant only. 

We have found the number of tenants who change their air filters increases exponentially when they are sent directly to them. This prevents huge costs to you, the property owner, in maintenance and repairs to your HVAC system. For more information see this video.
