A solid class which has received great reviews. Updated for the issues surrounding tenancy and vacancy surrounding the 2020 climate. We go through the process of terminating a rental agreement both mutually and adversely. This has been updated with COVID-19 details as well as ending a tenancy due to destruction of the rental premises or death of a tenant. This is great for property managers and sales listing agents.
This class was developed based on some of the feedback I got from "Saying Goodbye to a Tenant". I have been teaching this one for a few years as well. This class goes more in-depth into how to manage owner and tenant expectations when a sales agent, or broker lists a property which is tenant occupied. This class has been updated with COVID-19 details.
One of my first classes, but I have not taught it much around the State. This is not a normal fair housing class. We look at the beginnings of fair housing as it relates to George Washington, Dread Scott, the reconstitution era, the great depression, and modern issues. This class has been recently updated with a mock HUD complaint scenario.
